Omnisay Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Omnisay app, the website at omnisay.app, and Live Session (together, "Omnisay"). By using Omnisay you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Omnisay.

Using Omnisay

Omnisay is a voice-following teleprompter. You may use it for personal and professional work, including recording videos, giving talks, and presenting. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree for you.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, you sign in with Apple or Google, and you are responsible for activity on your account. You can sign out at any time, and you can delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting it removes your account from our server right away.

Your scripts

Your scripts belong to you. They are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. When you start a Live Session, the script you are reading is sent through our server to the people you share the session code with, only for as long as the session lasts, and is not stored. You are responsible for what you write and share, and for having the right to use it.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things.

Other services

Sign-in uses Apple and Google, and the app is distributed through the App Store; their own terms apply to those parts. If you add your own API key for an outside service (such as OpenAI) in the app, your use of that service is between you and that provider, including any charges. If Omnisay ever offers paid features, they are sold through the App Store under Apple's terms.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Omnisay running well, but we may change, pause, or stop features, including Live Session, at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Omnisay after a change means you accept it.

No warranty

Omnisay is provided "as is". Speech recognition and eye tracking are not perfect, so please check your script and recordings before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that Omnisay will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, recordings, or profits, arising from your use of Omnisay. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
